By using RasoiRoshni and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Seller: products are sold by Your Business Name (Proprietor: Your Name), Shop/House No., Street, Area, City, State – PIN code.
Prices: all prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown before you pay. PayPal payments are charged in a foreign currency at the amount shown before you pay.
Orders: an order is confirmed after we accept it. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. Any amount you paid will be refunded in full.
Product images: colours and finishes may look slightly different from photos because of lighting and screen settings. Handmade products may vary slightly.
Payments: payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) and PayPal (international buyers). Orders are confirmed only after payment.
Returns: see our Returns & Refund Policy.
Liability: our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India.
